Isle of lore
Date unknown
Two young Tradesmen came together one night to meet a fellow Tradesmen formally. Into the celler they crept to meet their new friend. The celler was warm and a bit moist.
"Enter my hive mates" said a raspy but understandable voice.
"This is him." said the younger Tradesman "This is the one who splinted my leg during today's drill, his name is Tor'ack"
So after getting a slue of questions ranging from how "old are you?" to "how do you get here the klacton said that it would be easier to show them.
"How?"asked the older tradesmen
By Transing(thought sending) to you. said Tor'ack
Ah ha that's why you told us to bring ritual powders.
That is correct my hive mate.
Hive mate?
"Dont worry that means he likes you."
And so the powder was placed in a pile.
"Close your eyes and calm your minds."
The particpents did so and at first they saw nothing and then....
Plains of Tharakana
The wind swept plains where not as quiet as they normaly are for their was a battle this day. It was a border dispute gone bad between the the Klactons of Queen Tor'icama and a small garrison of Orcs. Tor' ack was dipatched with his two siblings to counter act this treat. Their roles were clear the older would give orders to the army and the younger would take a small group and flank the Orcs as for Tor'ack the second oldest he was to join his non evevolved brothers and join directly in the meyley as he was unmatched in combat. Tor'ack went in the fight with the hive's prized long sword( a note of clarification while out of game requirements state swords are learned from one to five in game aqisition of this knowlege can vary. this is acording to pg-106 of trdsmn Handbook just wanted to avoid any miscomunication -ed). The battle is very intense for the small size of the armies in this conflict. In the end it is Tor'ack and his siblings who win the day through their combined effort. The orcs where mighty and would have won had it not been for Tor'ack's ferocity in holding the Orcs in place with his army and for the timely flank attack provided by the younger sibling. Most of all was the olders preperation before the attack took place. After the last Orc was slain they retured to the Hive victorious.
Then the vision gets fuzzy and goes black They think it is over but in an instant they are overcome with another.....
Hive of Tor'icama
"You sent for us my queen?"said Tor'ack "Yes"said Queen Tor'icama "I have a special task you my children"
"Speak and we shall obay." they said in unisin. "You will each go and a learn a trade from the Isle of Lore. You will then return to the hive with this training and better serve me." "Yes my Queen" "But beware my children there are many dangers in the world. Most of all beware of those who would tell you the hive or our ways are wrong." "Yes my Queen" She then asked them to approach her. When Tor'ack steped fowerd the Queen spoke " Tor'ack you will learn the trade that will allow you to utillize combat and all its forms." Each was given an item of the Hive. Tor'ack recieved the hive's long sword. The sword was believed to have a history as rich as the hive itself and to have served the hive since it was created by the queen. And so they prepaired for thier journey to the Isle of Lore......
To be continued
(Sorry this is taking so long, but it will be complete and then the journey will realy begin.)
This is my third addition to the mystic realms universe: Tor'ack. Tor'ack is a klacton warrior. He is quiet until spoken too exept around others of his own kind or who share klacton traits(i.e. the same cultural skills). Even then he is rarely loud. He is weary of orcs, but will not himeself create a conflict with one. He was sent from his hive to learn the art of being a warrior along with 2 other siblings. Much of his past is not known except by those he builds trust with. He looks at things from a hive perspective and often refers to his allies as hive mates. Though deep down he desires only to return to his own hive he is begining to open his eyes to other aspects of life and possability.
P.S. More to come. Stay tuned.
P.P.S. See ya in AVRIL
