Here's my combination idea for an interesting meal for Biczo. I will cook it if I am provided the right ingredients. Biczo might like seafood, so I thought I would try my hand at making it. I will even attempt to make the noodles from scratch if necessary. Also, it only serves 4, so it might take more than this to serve Biczo adequately. Linguine al nero di seppia (Squid Ink Linguine) with Sea Urchins[/u][/i] [li]1 lb Fresh sea urchin roe chopped in thumbnail size pieces [/li][li]3 Scallions, thinly sliced [/li][li]1 Yellow Zucchini, sliced paper thin [/li][li]2 1/2 cups roughly-chopped overripe plum tomatoes (about 6 tomatoes) [/li][li]1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil [/li][li]Juice and zest of 2 lemons [/li][li]2 Tbsp Hot crushed peppers [/li][li]1/2 Tbsp Sea salt [/li][li]1 lb Linguine al nero di seppia [/li][li]1/2 cup Finely-chopped Italian parsley (about 2 bunches) Method:[/li][li]Place 6 quarts water to boil and add 2 tablespoons salt. [/li][li]In a large bowl, place half the urchins, all of the scallions, zucchini, tomatoes, olive oil, lemon zest and juice, hot pepper and sea salt and allow to stand. [/li][li]Cook pasta to al dente and drain well. Pour pasta into bowl with urchin roe mixture and toss like a salad to mix well. Place remaining urchins over top, sprinkle with parsley and serve. [/li][/ul] Mangi, Biczo, you abomination to the culinary arts, you.

I'm thinking you should cut out the hot peppers, he hates spicy things. Otherwise, hell I'd even try this. It sounds pretty good.

I half expected something more derogatory and foul.
Expect it.

Nothing is more foul than fish to me. Besides, it sounds like something I can make, so it wouldn't be a big deal as long as the ingredients are provided.
Derogatory, I'm not so sure. I thought we were forcing him to eat things that we ourselves would vomit at the thought of eating. I don't know why this sprang to mind, but I'm sure it would look like something he yakked up after eating seafood and pasta.
And that amount of red pepper is to "cook" the raw jumble in the bowl to an extent, or at least kill any food-borne pathogens that might exist that the salt doesn't get. I'm not sure, but I doubt he'd notice two tablespoons of red pepper in the equivalent of about 3 pounds of food. Besides, if he eats like he normally does, no capsicum would have time to adhere to his palette.

hmmm it seems like a large ammount of veggies, and you'd be suprized what i can sense with my....uh...senses....
i'm known for my ability to smell food (as well as other things, such as that fruity spray girls used to use) and identify them with about an 80% accuracy, depending on the substance.
as a side note, i really don't like eating raw things. besides sushi, and that raw meat dan had me try (which wasn't that good, way to sour)
as a side note i'll eat a lot of differnt things within certain categories.
all types of meat,
i'll try just about anything as long as its not too obscure, pig/cow intistines okay, tounges or that kinda stuff....no..... maybe i'll try brain
pasta
'sure, why not
seafood
sushi and shashimi yes. crab, lobster hell yeah. scallops not so much. i'm most picky (with food i'll actually eat) with seafood. oh also oysters are on the no list. i'd rather not have to puke the entire night due to food poisioning.
veggies
we all know the answer here. i do not eat veggies, somethings that many people consider as veggatables (but aren't because i eat them) are as follows: raw spinage, potatoes (preferablly garlic mashed), lettuce, cucumbers, pickles, and i think thats it.
any other questions let me know.
