hey guys i have a project to do in my English class and i'd like to poll as many people as possible. the topic is "What will our cultural artifacts say about us?" but my teacher is very liberal in our choices and i am choosing "how anime has and is affecting our culture." please be serious thanks.

Anime, as far as I have seen, has resulted in better imaginations. Most of the anime I have seen has used ideas that most people would never think of. A prime example of that is one I just watched yesterday where the army used steam powered rifles (fired rank and file out of the side of a flying ship no less). Crazy ideas like those get imaginations rolling, which I think is a good thing.

I find it very relaxing to come back from classes and be able to unwind with a good anime, or maybe anime related game, but thankfully it isn't the only thing I do to relax. Even the manga is a stress-reliever, even with all the reading I have to do. It's a nice break from all the stress of the day and such.
