Okay this might make me sound paranoid but the Nexus falling on the realm and killing everyone doesn't sound like a fun time. i don't know about you but i don't like being squished and or eaten. I DON'T LIKE DEATH/PAIN!!!!! just call it a curse but if anyone finds any information on the realm spire talk to the alchemist guild not Altar or anyone you wouldn't trust. i'm detremind to save the realms with or with out help but i would love support. well there is my fear name some of your characters.

Atrus would put himself through obliteration for the realm. trust me, he would. And if any information gets into my hands, it's going straight to the mayor or inkeeper, trust me.

Trista doesn't give a crap what goes on. People in town are dumb. They don't want to give up Altar's sword (Trista hates Altar) but technically he is a member of the town and if the town wants, they can make him give up the sword to the Red Robes. Also, if we give up the sword, that's the next step towards the Age of Chaos. That's fine by Trista, she just would prefer that to come, rather then not getting the Realm Spire back and having to deal with the other Nexi, Shaggothes and Serventors. Trista has never seen a Serventor, and I know their stats out of game, so she would piss herself. She's not fond of Shaggothes either, but now she has runes to protect against dominate and willpower, so it will take 15 mana for the Shaggothe to dominate her. It would be a waste as an NPC to do that considering Beta Shaggothes only have 25 mana.

The thing is, we have have to find the Realm Spire, because if another nexus comes through, who says it will be a small one? If one comes, then there is chance that it will be all over, for everyone. We have a chance to do something so important that it will be remembered forever within the realm. We have to take the chance and go after it.

i rememebr when i went out with a few marauders, i think in july (when preservation was incresed to 5 months?) but i think it was than that when one of us handled one of the artifacts that altar was having us dig up there was a vision of someone giving their life enegry (voiding, i believe) to give the realm spire enough energy to keep portals closed. so if we find it again and if thats what has to happen......things wouldn't be good. also i can't remember when (i'm just gonna say the nexus moon, may) but there was something that i read or someone told me about mountain ranged sized nexi. a nexus is only a giant shaggothe, but just think of this porportionaly. Nexus we killed about the length of the inn (i'm rounding up) 9 lobes, 4500 body, 3-4 hours to kill. now for some math length of inn (times) 1000 = something we can't kill. we're looking at something that would be impossible to kill. it heard about us killing one of its babbies (?) and its angry. thus we need to find it otherwise we're all going to die.

Of course, though, how many people do you actually expect would be willing to sacrifice their life? It would have to be someone strong, a master I suppose, and how many masters want to give themselves up? NONE.

I'd give myself up. If it was to save the realm, I'd go through obliteration 7 times over. (I know I can't)

Well, being the historian and all, I should know this one.
The symbol found in the dig site was a symbol of the god Eldan, a Blood Cross. It held a vision of a woman giving her soul to the realm spire. She gave a large sacrifice to keep the realm sealed from the outside forces that threatened to invade, so I can only expect that much from someone in Evermoore.
A little background on Eldan, now.
Eldan was a god created in the Age of Death. Eldan was a symbol of human unity and helped rally the humans to fight against the Orc Empire again. His symbol is a cross covered in blood, and was a symbol of hope for the people of the realm. He and the Orc god Grotar, who killed Solnus at the Gates of Evermoore during the battle for the crystal city at the start of the Age of Death, killed each other at the foot of the Forlornes not far from the ruins of Evermoore in the Age of Order.

I remember the days I didn't know what a nexus was, I remember Fletcher saying: "It's big as hell! And tough a nails!" And I thought; "Well, I'll never see one of those most likely!"
God was I wrong...
A few months later, I stand over the nexus's body. And then scream: "SWEET EVERMOORE!!!!"
Then everyone else chimes in: "BUH BUH BUHHHH!!!!"
Good times...

unfortunatly we need to realize that good times are not ahead, theres oct, nov, dec, jan, feb, mar, and april is the big month. and all we have are the records of the (tablet of the ?) realm spire. it was on my modual in july, and 3 copies were recovered. we still need to get the tablet back from the red robes (or find a new one), find the realm spire, and seal it. we don't have that much time. it looks like rough times are ahead.

In regards to the Eldanites, I'm pretty sure that there are the Blood Guard (who are the red crosses, and kill on sight by Guildhall law) and the Iron Cross (who are the black crosses, and are more like the bad good guys than anything). Of course, I may be mistaken.
And about the Nexus that may or may not fall on the realm: as far as I know, the situation is pretty bad. The Red Robes have the tablet. They won't give us the tablet unless we give them the sword, at which point they go Age of Chaos on us. Just a little something for everyone to think about

Well, I'm not sure about the current Eldanites and that little bit of information. Thanks for bringing that to light. I'll research into that.
As for the realm spire, all I can say is regardless, it needs to be found and reactivated. Easier said than done, but still... I'll even give my life to it if it ever comes to it.
