Today in my speech class I decied to do a speech about LARPing. I was a little scared about what kind of reaction I was going to get. I warned them before I started. I said "After this speech some of you are going to think I'm weird, crazy, or insane." I talked about what we do and how we do it. I mostly talked about the different classes. I didn't talk about races because it would of made my speech very long.
I was VERY surpised to get alot of people's attention. They had asked a lot of questions. One thing I didn't like was that the professor didn't ask any questions like he did to other people but oh well....

(In a very Lord IllPalazzo-ish voice)
It just goes to show you that in truth, the ignorant masses are much too ignorant to actually try out things. They speculate. And that causes problems for us. For we, (Insert Fanfare Here), We are the ones who are supposed to break down the barriers and show the ignorant masses what they're missing. For their speculations aren't doing us much good anyway. Continue the great work Agent Malice! And as for you, Agent Wallace. ::Pulls Rope::

all I have are notes... Our speeches don't have to be writen. I decribed the classes as basic as I could. For example warrior mostly a fighter, clerics heal, artisans make weapons, wizards mostly use spells. I said LARPing is like a play with no audience and there is a good side and a bad side. I also told them that it could of been worse; I could of came in my costume.

Or you could have done the speech like an Ancient path follower.
But yeah, college is awesome. When ever i am given free reign to write about something, I write about Realms ^_^

Well really there is an audience it's just the actors. Also there is no bad guy or a good guy it depends on which side you look at. It's all a matter of perspective; D

Shakespeare once said:
"The world is a stage and we are the actors."
All I'm wondering is; who's the audience?

God (or your respective Deit[ies]), and he laughs at every move even though he knows its going to happen. kinda like when you watch a comedy you've seen 100 times before, you know every joke but its still funny. kinda like my life, sigh stupid lack of common sense, argh....

Even in life i like to believe the actors are the audience. It keeps things intresting i guess.
