"So, you are curious as to why I come to Evermoore? Well that I cannot tell you, but I can explain my past if it would suffice," The elf pushed her hair off her eyes, revealing tattoos running down her face. " I was born under a thick forest, my parents being guards there. My mother was a necromancer and my father was a wizard. I had several older brothers and sisters who had begun their own lives before I was born. My time with my birth family was short however, for they had abandoned me before I was even able to begin an education. I would play with daggers however and learned ot use them, as well as bandage minor cuts. Thus, my youth was spent alone. I have convinced myself to this day that i need no one and so I have never made a true companion. Yet, despite my malice towards trust, I grew a respect for living things," She rose from her seat, walking to the bar and sitting down again with a drink. "Now, where was I," she sipped the liquid slowly "Ah yes! I remember now. I decided that all living creatures go through pain. I told myself I would keep their lives from being as bad as my own, unless they gave me reason to of course," She said smirking slightly. "Once I touched adolescence I found my way to Mongoria. Once I had reached a small town I had heard of a deep elf village being attacked. I approached a young woman there and asked her if she knew the name of the family who was killed. She only responded with the name Valdriss. Though I never truly knew my fanily they were the people who brought me life. I vowed to avenge my family and my past at that moment. Walking through a real town for the first time I noticed all the noise people tend to make in crowds. Entertainers lined the streets, but none showed much interest to me until I found one old man. He was dressed in loose robes and moved horribly slow. It was what he was able to do that changed my future however. I saw the man summon fire to his fingertips in mere seconds. The flame he manifested was so bright he had to look away, and it was that moment he noticed me. I approached him after the act and he explained to me the manipulation of mana and how certain beings can use it. He walked around me at that moment and examined me. He then returned to the front of me and smiled. He told me that I could learn from him and in time, become a warlock myself. Over the next three years I would train with the old man, as well as recieve a formal education. The day I turned fifteen however, my master died of old age. I was on my own again and had no idea of where to go. Looking through his old diaries I found tales of a land called Evermoore and some of a town called Inverness. He had written of a longing to visit Evermoore and see the home of so many heroes," The young female hid her face pausing for a moment before continuing, " And so I have reached Evermoore at the age of sixteen. Though through all the stories I read I am still alone, and no, I wish not for your compassion or companionship." The elf rose to her feet and grabbed her swords before leaving the room.
finally it is done! soon to come is the storhy vlos would never tell anyone!

well, I had something else in mind... but if you want it, you will get it!
"Inverness was far less than I had expected, but it may show promise," I muttered to myself quietly. I latched my cloak and let the sleeves hang at my sides. My sword hidden underneath it, I rested my right palm on the hilt. My body gave out a small shiver as I wrapped my left arm around my torso. "The winds are picking up again. It is time that I think about returning to Evermoore in the south," I told myself looking up towards the evening sky, "But, now it is too dark to travel. I must rest for the night." As I brought my view towards the path again hair covered my face, keeping my tattoos out of other's sight. I sat to rest at the edge of a nearby forest. As the heavens grew darker I stared at the clear night sky. Once I became too tired to remain awake, I lay down next to a tree to sleep. The winds picked up through the night and it got terribly cold I remained curled up until sunrise when I couldn't stand the cold any longer. It was then that I entered the wood to find materials I could use to make a fire. Nearly a quarter mile in I heard loud crying and sobbing. As well in the area I picked up howls and barking. At first I ignored the noise, but as it grew louder I decided to see what it was. I followed the noise stepping on the ground and noticing it become more and more solid. The air felt colder with every stride I took. When I reached the area I saw a canine. It's flesh was a light blue and it was covered in crystalline ice. It was slowly approaching a small blue lump, snarling at it angrily. "Too easy," I sighed silently. I took my hand out from my cloak and focused my mana. "Hellfire burns in the pitch black mist!" I shouted, summoning flame to my hand. I hurled it at the beast, hitting it in the chest. It began to melt into a bleeding liquid mess on the ground. I walked over to the quivering pile of cloth, stepping in the puddle of hound. Cautiously a head rose from the mound. It was a small girl, her face fear-striken as her eyes stared at me intensly. I examined her body from afar noticing no wounds. I left the girl and went back to looking for wood. Later that night I went off to a clearing and began a fire to keep warm. I took out some fruit and nibbled at it slowly. Rustling came from the brush as I did this, and slowly I reached for my blade. A body stumbled out from the dark and stood on the opposite side of the fire. I noticed it was the same human as before but now I could see her far better. She was a young gypsy, wrapped in many scarves and wearing much jewelry. She stood up straight, laying her arms perfectly at her sides. She smiled, "My name's Lavinia Rah' Lahn, and I wanted to thank you for saving me. What's your name?" she babbled. Her voice was soft, but annoyingly loud. "My name is Vlos Valdriss. Now what would a child like you be doing all alone?" "I'm looking for my mother, and you aren't any bigger than me. Why can you be out alone if I can't" I rose to my feet, a fire burning in my eyes, "My physical size doesn't prove a thing when it comes to strength or age! Have you no manners child?!" I bellowed at the young one. "I have too! You are just so small, you must be younger than I." "I am far older than you child," I said examining her necklace, "Such a strange necklace for a child to wear. May I see it?" "I can't take it off. My family is in this neklace. I can never remember what happens when I take it off and so I always try to leave it on. I was almost able to beat the doggy before, but I ran out of mana." "Ah, so you are arcane." I stated now intrigued, "And what guild are you child." "I'm a druid. I've never seen anyone make fire before. What are you?" "I am a warlock, though one barely seen. I'm heading on my way to Evermoore, you may join me if you wish. There are several more druids there who could teach you." I walked off with the thought of having a personal healer for a while. She was young and wouldn't need much food. I could teach her my beliefs and the history of the five. I wouldn't have to worry about battle anymore. My life would be much easier. She stumbled along, clumsily tripping over her own feet babbling to herself. A part of me wondered now what I was getting myself into.

That was porn if I've ever read it. Rebecca, I know it was toned down but could you have toned it down more to like a PG rating instead of a PG-13 rating? MR is a family game ya know

No, that's more like an NC-17 rating.
Rebecca. I'm locking this until George gives his final say. I'm sorry, but that's just wrong. This is a family game, and regardless of whether or not this will never come to light in-game, don't post this here. I'm sure adult fanfiction websites and LJ will be overjoyed to house this. Until then, I suggest copying and pasting this into them and giving us a link and an over-18 warning.

I don't want to sound harsh. But youngsters as well as older folks can access this site. You can keep this as a part of your character's backround, but I cannot have it here. We don't need complaints about objectionable material here.

so it aint battle stories... but it is how vlos met fwap... which is actaully a rather funny story...
She continued walking down the trail. Unlatching her sleeved cloak, she folded it over her arm and waited until she found a tree to lean on. Sliding it into her bag, she grabbed a looser and far lighter cloak to wear as the sun beat down on her pale flesh. Her hair hung over her face as the wind blew softly through the trees. “Finally, I am at the edges of Evermoore, this crystal city of the five. Perhaps I will rest more easy once I reach it’s inn,” the elf spoke quietly to herself. Leaving her head down, she watched the trail as she walked tensely. Noises of battle could be heard nearby, her keen ears picked up every sound. Her head lifted as a small scream was heard and she as well picked up footsteps coming closer to her. Her strides stopped, and she paused where she stood. As they came closer she felt the need to hide until she knew what she faced. Quickly, she dove into the brush at the side of the trail. She crouched low, still able to peer through the new grown leaves. The footsteps grew closer, and she heard several voices now. “Malice, my love, won’t you just stay in my embrace?” one of the voices cried. “Get away from me Li. I don’t want you touching me!” a female responded disgustedly. “Stop chasing her Li! I’ll have to use force soon!” spoke another male voice. Three figures sped past the elf, paying no attention to her. She inspected the lot as they crossed her path. She noticed the female in the lead. An anger filled her eyes as she rose silently. Dark tattoos ran across her skin that matched hers. As she came out from the brush, she set her eyes on the first male. He was a young mongorian boy, as he ran his arms extended to catch the elf. Another male chasing them both while swinging his blade in the air. She followed them swiftly, trying to stay off the brush and stay silent. They came to a dead end on the trail. The elf stopped and the mongorian wrapped his arms around the female. She tried to push him off of her, but could not break his grasp. The enraged elf, which had followed, pushed the last male out of the way and shouted. “Hellfire burns in the pitch black mist!” she bellowed as fire came to her hand. With all her strength, she hurled it at the boy, hitting him in the spine. He fell to the ground quickly, now a bleeding mess of mongorian. She walked towards the now shaking, taller female. Looking into her eyes intensely, she stared into her aura, inspecting her soul. “I’ve rid you of him now. You may go on your way safely. Don’t expect someone to always be around though. Consider yourself lucky you were in earshot,” the small elf spoke, nearly growling her words. “Why ever did you do that to my friend Li?! He didn’t mean any real harm, and who are you anyway?” the shaking elf questioned, the sound of fear came from her voice. Meanwhile, the last male had crawled over to the mongorian and bandaged the boy. He rose to his feet and approached the two elves cautiously. A nervous look on his face, he questioned the small elf carefully. “I too would like to know who you are. This man meant no true harm to Malice, we didn’t need you to do such things unto him,” He spoke slowly. “I thought he had other things in mind. I must apologize for what I have done, my name is Vlos Valdriss, and I pledge my sword to you all to repay for what has taken place. Introductions on your end are appreciated,” Vlos spoke, resting her hand on the pommel of her sword. “I am Atrus Rand, ranger of the dale. This is Malice Silvervane, a deep elf warlock, as I assume you to be as well. The one who you set aflame is Li Tun Ye, a mongorian bard. We are all part of a group called FWAP. If you wish to join us as you o offered I would suggest you follow.” “I will not follow just yet. This market day has already begun, and tension is at a height. I needn’t add to it. Meet me at the pool of Lumina after everyone should go their separate ways. I should like to meet the rest of this FWAP. I apologize again for what I have done. Should there be anything else I can do simply say and it will be done.” The mongorian groaned aloud. Atrus picked up the body and dragged him toward the town. Malice followed behind him, still looking nervous.
