I'm sure it depends on the subject of the material. Example explosions are usually better on film, but murder mysteries are usually better in a book, because they can go into better detail about things. But I'll go with what I feel fits the majority of topics, and that's the Movie.

Fixing the Lawnmower, it could easily result in the messiest death ever. And you usually do it out in the front yard ... leaving countless neighbors to witness you screams.

The ability to play guitar really well and look badass, but only stand there like a stiff when you perform live (like lida from PLC) VS being really wierd and nuts/creepy, but jumping around and generally rocking out when you play bass (like seek, again from PLC)
