He still gets the bonus and it doesn't stack for you, if memory serves me correct Nope. It cancels the ritual for Deacon. So, no +5% for him unless I remember to redo the fealty ritual.

Wait, it cancels the ritual? I was told that you could have both, but you only get the benefit of one. The person I am kinshiped to got married, on her card, it only lists her husband, but on mine, it still lists her as my Kin.

question 1:
what exactly does a klacton look like? i've only seen the Zoidberg one that was at that fair thing about a year ago. he was selling poisions i think, but other than that i've never seen a klacton, though i have heard rumors that there is one in game already.
this is by no means soon, but i do wish to someday bring in a klacton apprentice, and i'd just like a heads up on what any requriments are. or is it that since there are different types (workers, cartakes, ect) so differences are allowed and they all don't have to look like Zoidberg. to my knowledge the only requriment is that it needs a complete exoskeleton, or something close to that. am i kinda on the ball? it doesn't really matter right now (within the next 2-5 years most likely), just because i most likely couldn't afford the materials with no job and than the expense of college looming so very close. and i enjoy playing Wallace too much (and the 2nd character i bring into game is most likely going to be a beard'on wizzard with at least 3-5 other people playing other beard'ons).
also as for klacton racial lore i have 7 different things listed, this seems the average for racial lore, but i just wanted to make sure that they only did get 7 racial lore, because the day there is a klacton teaching master is the day that Lumina rises from the pool with a fish in her mouth (though that 12th body is gonna be hard to learn).
if my information is off, its because i don't have the klacton racial pages to read through.
question 2:
for the rituals "Body to Mana", "Mana to Body", and "Conversion"; how do these work exactly. i've heard at least two different ways and i was just wondering if an older player could clarify it, i'll be using a human with max genetics preforming "Mana to Body"/"Conversion" for all the calculations.
one way i've heard was this...first you take half of your mana [16/2=8] and the rest is expended for the duration of the ritual, than you take your remaining mana [8], and divide it by two again to find out how much body you gain [8/2=4 body]. so there for a human would lose 8 mana and gain 4 body so they would than have 12 body and 8 mana.
the other way i've heard this way just simply take half of your mana and convert it to body and your left with the remaining mana. [16/2=8 body]. so than a human would have 16 body and 8 mana.
do all these ritual act in the same, or do "Body to Mana" and "Mana to Body" work the same (just one way or the other) and "Conversion" behave differently?
are they stackable? now i know that "Body to Mana" and "Mana to Body" would not be, but "Conversion" is suposto work both ways. so can you stack either of the racial lore with the alchemist lore? thus having 14 body and 4 mana (1st method) or 20 body and 4 mana (2nd method)?
or can you just cast "Conversion" twice to end up with the same results? or can you cast each of these rituals only once?
3rd question:
now this next question is only me just making sure that what i think is right. it makes sense in my mind but i just wanted to make sure that it was the way it is done.
it involves using hide or armor to block poisons. when you have 1 point of hide/armor and you get hit with a single handed weapon (weapon that does 1 damage) that has a poison rubed on the blade you are not effected. but if the weapon is a 2-handed weapons (being used 2-handed, weapon that does 2 damage) that has poison rubed on it, you are still effected by the poison because the 1 damage of the weapon strike broke through the aromor and the next delived body damage, thus letting the posion enter your blood stream. now i think thats correct, but now i ask you this...
for things that have "venom instant death" (beasts only, i think spiders and bees have it), does it hurt/get rid of your armor? or does it just not hurt you because it is an action like ability, that does specific damage. so therefor can a person with 1 hide/armor just stand in front of a bee and take 3 "venom instant deaths" and not be dead or have his hide/armor gone? or does each use of hide/armor to block a poison (weather weapon based or animal-claw based) take away the approate ammount of hide/armor?
this also goes along with armor 4/5 and when they block the specific damage to a body part is a point of armor consumed in the process.
my own views is no, because in both cases (poisions, and specific damage vs armor 4/5) the weapon strike is an action, and actions do not cause damage (besides, crt), but they can cause specific damage, but if the armor/hide is there there is no affect and the armor/hide is not affected because it was an attempt for specific damage.
the difference with weapon based poison and beast venom is that the weapon based poison is just an added affect to the damage where as the beast venom replaces damage.
that was my take on that subject, i'm just curious to know if i'm right or not (i hope i explained it clearly).
if that last bit is confusing here it is in a nut shell. do beasts take away armor/hide when they use "venom of any sort" and is an armor point consumed (for armor 4/5) when it blocks specific damamge?

<---KLACTON!!! Basically, the costume requirements are "all black or dark brown with chitinous material and short black fur on shoulders and joints. Their head is bug-like with short antenna and large eyes. They have four limbs, not six. (It's a good idea to wear a black body suit as a base, and add the fur and chitinous materials to it.)" (from MR official site) Thier costumes are a bitch to make, and I bet they're really hot to be in. This is why there aren't many Klactons.

The Alien klakton would be 100 times better than a smegol klakton. Better get started on that costume, it's gonna take a while to make.

would it be a safty issue if, lets say, i had vito or rocco mounted to me some how. even it if means them holding on to me for dear life during combat? if we were fine about not falling, could i had a low elf throwing javlins and alchemy from my back, or (more viesable) a shorter low elf, hiding begind me, inside a cloak to pop out and scare people to death?
